The lease for the new 93,000 sq ft site has now been signed, with the relocation planned over a 12-month phased programme. This timeline will enable Crestchic to develop a world-class manufacturing facility purpose-built for precision electrical engineering, supporting higher-quality output and long-term operational resilience.
The new facility provides high-clearance industrial space, expanded loading capacity, and improved logistics circulation, supporting higher production throughput and accommodating the company’s growing rental and service divisions.
With the new footprint more than double than the company’s current Burton facility, Crestchic plans to increase production output by a further 75% in the coming years.
